Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Aria. I started My Wellness Atlas out of my own overwhelm and exhaustion with the wellness space. 10+ years as a wellness practitioner, certified Functional Hormone Specialist and soon to be Integrative Nutritional Therapist; even I’ve gone through the symptom chasing, “what’s wrong with my body” spiraling, food obsessing, and ultimately complete wellness burnout.
I decided to create a space where people could feel confident navigating wellness without the unsustainable dogma or trending fixations.
My heart, through this platform, is to share well-rounded education and actionable steps to help you feel confident in your ability to support your health (and your families) through the different iterations of your life. I’m not here to encourage chasing trends and protocols - I’m here to help you reclaim your energy, balance, and confidence through a sustainable, back-to-basics approach.
